In order to provide transparency, we provide this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. By providing your personal information to Pilot Chemical Company (“Pilot”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) through various means, including, but not limited to, our website (“Site”), trade shows and industry events, and written or electronic correspondence, you agree and consent that we may collect, use and disclose your Personal Data (defined below) in accordance with this Policy. A “Site” includes all websites and online services, including, but not limited to, e-commerce portal, owned and operated by Pilot.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This Policy applies to all information collected or submitted through various channels as described above in Our Commitment to Privacy. “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as an identification number or physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identifiers. The type of Personal Data collected may include, but is not limited to: Name, Corporate Email, Phone Number, Company Address and Job Title/Description.
In addition, we automatically gather general statistical information about our Site and visitors, such as IP addresses, browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, goods and services purchased, etc., but in doing so we do not reference you by individual name, email address, home address, or telephone number. We use this data in the aggregate to determine how much our users use parts of our Site, so we can improve our Site. We may provide certain statistical information to third parties, but when we do so, we do not provide personally-identifying information without your permission.

INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may also collect information about you from other sources to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our service to you, and prevent or detect fraud. We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, service providers, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, fraud protection services) and may receive information about you from them.
THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information you provide to better serve our customers and for our legitimate business interests, including to notify you about Pilot’s products, services, promotions, and events. We do not share this information with outside parties except where required or permitted by law or as set forth in this Policy. If you place an order for goods or services through our Site, we use your information to process and deliver your order.
To facilitate our global operations, Pilot may transfer Personal Data from your home country to other Pilot locations across the world. To protect your Personal Data, we will only transfer data to countries that provide an appropriate level of Personal Data protection. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design the Site. We may collect information such as language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, location, and the time zone where the Site is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our Site.

Pilot retains your information for business purposes, for as long as your account is active, and/or as long as is reasonably necessary to provide you with our products and services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. At any point in time, you can ask us to delete your Personal Data and/or cease processing it for these purposes by contacting us.
SECURITY
Security of all information is of the utmost importance for Pilot. Pilot uses technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the security of your Personal Data from unauthorized disclosure. We also make reasonable attempts to ensure that only necessary people and third parties have access to Personal Data. Nevertheless, such security measures cannot prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for any damages or liabilities relating to any such incidents. In the case of a data breach, we will notify you as required by applicable law of any loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data that may affect you.
HOW YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION
You can retrieve, correct or update your Personal Data by contacting us. You may have the right to access and limit the use and disclosure of your Personal Data. If you would like to obtain further information on automatic data processing, please contact us. If at any time after registering your information your Personal Data changes, notify us and we will update your contact information and notify third parties who have access to the data of the change. Please note that you may be able to obtain or transfer your Personal Data by contacting us.
If you receive, and do not want to receive, any information by email, regular mail or telephone calls, you may opt out of further communications provided by us at any time by contacting us. Please note that we can only comply with requests relating to email, regular mail, or telephone communications provided by us. If you no longer wish to receive further information by email, regular mail, or telephone from any third party, you will need to contact such third party directly to opt out of further communications being provided to you.
You may have the right to request that Pilot delete all of your Personal Data at any time by contacting us. If Pilot receives such a request, we will inform all third parties who process the data on our behalf of this request.
We will seek to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
This Policy is meant to guide Pilot with respect to personal information collected from or about you by Pilot. While this Policy applies to personal information generally, the local laws, rules and regulations of jurisdictions that are applicable to Pilot (“Local Laws”) may require standards which are stricter than this Policy and, in such event, Pilot will comply with applicable Local Laws. Specific privacy policies may be adopted to address the specific privacy requirements of particular jurisdictions. All the information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Policy. Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or service providers, and by using our Site, by providing your personal information to us, or by otherwise providing consent to us (where required by law), you specifically acknowledge and consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including to the United States, which may provide for different data protection rules, and a lower standard of required protection, than in your country. Irrespective of which country your Personal Data is transferred, we would only share your Personal Data under a ‘need to know’ basis. EU Data Subjects
In the European Economic Area and Switzerland (“EU”), “Personal Data” is defined very broadly and includes any information about a natural person, who can be identified, directly or indirectly, from data that we hold about them or from data that is combined with other information. We may transfer your personal information outside the EU to the United States or any country that Pilot or its service providers may have operations. Such countries do not have the same data protection laws as EU. Any transfer of your personal information will be subject to a European Commission approved “Standard Contractual Clauses” (as permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation) that are designed to help safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a misuse of your personal information.

While we hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information, the General Data Protection Regulation also gives you right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the European Union (or European Economic Area) state where you work, normally live, or where any alleged infringement of data protection laws occurred.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

ONLINE TRACKING
Your selection of the “Do Not Track” option provided by your browser may not have any effect on our collection of cookie information for analytics and internal purposes.
